The products purchased on “johnrichmond.com” are sold directly by Arav Srl based in Milan (MI), Via dei Valtorta 48 20127, REA: MI - 2590518, C.F. and VAT no. 09414361213.

1. APPLICABILITY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE 1.1) These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on ""johnrichmond.com" between users of the aforementioned sites and the Seller. The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller who are present on "johnrichmond.com" through links, banners or other hyperlinks. It is the user's responsibility to verify the conditions of sale before submitting orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller. It is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than itself or for the conclusion of electronic commerce operations between users of "johnrichmond.com" and third parties.

1.2) Through the "johnrichmond.com" sites the Seller offers products for sale and carries out its electronic commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers", or any natural person acting for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any.
The Seller, therefore, reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" or in any case to orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN CONSUMER AND SELLER
2.1) The languages available to conclude the contract with the Seller are: Italian and English.
2.2) Purchase requests from countries not included among those indicated cannot be accepted.
2.3) The consumer who intends to place a purchase order for one or more products on "johnrichmond.com", in order to conclude the purchase contract, must complete the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.4) The order form contains a reference to these General Conditions of Sale and to the Information on the Right of Withdrawal, as well as a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the accepted means of payment and the delivery methods of the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
2.5) Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by transmitting the order form, the consumer is required to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the Information on the Right of Withdrawal, and may also print, store or reproduce a copy for personal use.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, the consumer will be able to identify and correct any errors in data entry.
By sending the order form, the consumer declares to have understood and accepted its contents, as well as the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy and the legislation on the Right of Withdrawal. Failure to fully accept such contents will result in the order not being able to be processed.
2.6) Product prices may be subject to updates. The consumer is required to verify the final sales price before submitting the relevant order form.
2.7) The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order.
2.8) Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take charge of the purchase order.
2.9) The order form will be archived in the seller's database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law. The consumer will be able to view the orders placed by accessing his profile and consulting the appropriate section.
2.10) The Seller reserves the right not to process purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect, that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, the seller will inform the consumer by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on the purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If the products presented on "johnrichmond.com" are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the site or the sending of the order form, the Seller will be responsible for communicating to the consumer, promptly and in any case within fourteen (14) days starting from the day following the day on which the order was sent to the Seller, any unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding the order form and paying the price, the Seller will reimburse the relevant sum, without being liable for any type of further compensation.
2.11) Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will send the consumer, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, which will contain the information already contained in the order form (reference to the General Conditions of Sale and Information on the right of withdrawal, the information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and the detailed indication of the price, means of payment, right of withdrawal and delivery costs).

3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS FOR SALE
3.1) Only original products are offered for sale on “johnrichmond.com”.
3.2) The essential characteristics of the products present on “johnrichmond.com” are presented within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on may not correspond exactly to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.3) All products are equipped with an identification tag secured with a disposable seal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the tag and seal are not removed.
The Seller, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

4. PAYMENTS
4.1) The payment methods for the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs are indicated in the order form and constitute an integral part of these Conditions of Sale.
4.2) If payment by credit card is chosen, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiry date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to Banca Sella or other banks, which provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to have access to it in any way. Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase for which it is provided and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any product returns, following exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on "johnrichmond.com". The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged at the time of purchase.

4.3) For the payment method in installments: sand buy with Afterpay, receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and who authorizes such assignment.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
The shipment of products ordered on “johnrichmond.com” takes place via express courier.

Delivery takes between two and four working days. Delivery times do not include public holidays.

LThe order must be placed directly from the website of the country where it will be delivered. Orders placed from the site of a country other than the destination, or to an address not accepted by our courier (PO Boxes and Fermo Posta), will be automatically cancelled.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1) The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
In the event of disputes between the Seller and each end user, the competent court is that of Treviso.

10. MODIFICATION AND UPDATE
The General Conditions of Sale may be modified, also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the site.

12. PREORDER

The preorder guarantees the reservation by the Buyer of one or more items not yet available upon payment collected immediately. Orders purchased in pre-order are processed within a period of time ranging between one and three months. At the time of fulfillment, the Buyer will receive an update communication via email.
