Payments
The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT in the case of shipments to the EU. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated to the customer during checkout, before finalizing the purchase. For shipments outside the EU, any customs clearance costs are borne by the end customer.
The available payment methods are:
- PayPal
Paypal is an absolutely secure online payment method that will allow you to pay for your order by accessing your account directly. The data relating to your account and your credit card will be managed directly by Paypal, which will simply provide us with a communication via email after the payment has been made.
- Credit/debit card
Credit/debit cards from the Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, etc. circuits are accepted.
Transactions are protected by 3D Secure and in line with the new payment services directives*.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
You can make online shopping even easier, faster and safer by using your Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay account. Finalize the purchase using the information already stored in your accounts to pay for the items purchased on our website.
- Afterpay
Afterpay is a payment method that allows you to purchase online and pay in three convenient monthly installments. The service has no additional costs if the installments are paid by the due date. At the time of purchase you will be immediately charged the first installment. The next 2 installments will be charged to you in the following two months. This payment method is only available for amounts under €1000.
If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and who authorizes such assignment."
- Twig Pay
Twig Pay is an integrated online payment option, based on the circular economy and promoting sustainability, that allows consumers to pay using the value of their used physical items.
*Starting September 14, 2019, the new Payment Services Directive, also known as PSD2, will be implemented in all countries in the European Economic Area (EEA). PSD2 introduces new and stringent security requirements for electronic payments aimed at reducing the risk of fraud.
