Return method

If you have made a purchase and are not satisfied, you can make a return no later than 14 days after receiving the order.

• Fill out the form on the "Contact us" page by entering all the requested information, indicating the reason for the return and the items to be returned.
• Once the return request has been received, if approved, a confirmation will be sent via email with all the instructions on the next steps to follow.

Arav Srl reserves the right to refuse returns of products without labels and/or damaged.
In case of returns made for defective goods, the return shipping will be paid by Arav Srl. If, however, the return is requested by the user's choice, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund and/or from the store credit.

Personalized items cannot be returned.

The goods cannot be exchanged but only returned.

The refund of a return is made to the same payment method used during the purchase.
